I have been a Gold Coast Dental patient for about 2 years now. This was the first time I had been to the Tustin location and I have now made this my permanent location. My crown dislodged on Thursday and Fernando was able to get me in the next day. Through the appointment Fernando was great in explaining the financial side of it and helping me through insurance. Mari & Dr Hemeda were amazing throughout the entire procedure. I’ve never had a dentist stop and actually explain all the options and pros and cons, it made me feel a lot better about everything. Coming from a childhood where I was never taken to the dentist it makes me nervous and I definitely felt good in their hands. I appreciate everything they were able to do for me.

I had a great experience at Gold Coast Dental. The staff was thorough and professional, explaining everything clearly. The office was clean and organized, which made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Gold Coast Dental for anyone looking for quality dental care! Shout out to Fernando, all the doctors, and dental assistants! They were all extremely friendly!

This is the most dishonest and unethical dental office I've ever been to and heard of. They will find every possible way to bill you for whatever they can, and as much as they can out of your own pocket even if you have insurance. I have dental insurance through my employer and was unfortunately auto-assigned to this dentist. I financed a treatment plan with them through Sunbit for the portion that my insurance did not cover. Even my insurance company said that this office is billing me for services that should not be more than my plan's copay, but this office is billing my insurance for different codes than what my plan covers. Now they are trying to bill me over $600 in addition to the 12 month payment plan that I am still paying for. I didn't ask for or render any services that I am not already paying for, yet they are still trying to rip me off without an explanation. They're taking complete advantage of me and now I will likely have to take them to small claims court. This is a disgusting practice, avoid at all costs. I wish I could give 0 stars.

If you are looking to have some dental work done , be it routine or cosmetic, Gold Coast Dental is the place to go. From the momet i walking in the door, i was greeted with a plesant and cheerful greeting. And a special shout out to Elisabeth and Fernando, who were great , they listened to me and addressed my concerns and made my time there feel like i was somewhere else other than a dentist office ( cause no one likes going to a dentist ) Fernando addressed all my questions with knowledge, and care, right down to pricing, i know they have a job to do, but, they me feel like they actually cared about me and my concerns. I used to come to GCD all the time when I lived in the area. At that time, I would absolutely give them 5 stars. I drove back to town since they were the dentist I trusted and what a dismal visit. The admin staff was great, so let me say that. However my appointment was at 3, I arrived early. and still wasn't seen for almost 30 min. They came in and did the xrays and the dentistbcane in for maybe 5 min. they said I need a deep cleaning. OK I said let's do it. They left the exam area and I was sitting in the room for 20 min with no updates. I got up and said is someone coming back? and they seem surprised and oh ya you need to sign the paperwork. ok fair but I couldn't have been doing that in the 20 min I've been sitting here? even then another 10 min and nothing! it had been an 1 hr 20 since the start of my scheduled appointment, with nothing done. I finally got up again and expressed I had to leave eventually was someone coming? And the tech was like ya were just waiting. for what??? I had to leave and cancel what I approved because there was no service whatsoever once the xrays were done.
