Dr. Ikeda is amazing at making sure your smile is perfection. My teeth were so crowded and crooked, and now they are beautiful! Everyone from the administrative staff, clinical team, and of course Dr. Ikeda have made this journey the best! Highly recommended if you want to be taken care of by the best! Thank you for making me smile again!

Dr Ikeda's office charged me $4000 to take over an existing braces treatment that was already 2 years in. Plus $400 for top and bottom retainer replacement (They include one pair, but its a 1 week turnaround because they outsource) (They refuse to tell you this without getting you in their office and forcing a pitch down your throat) I chose this office due to its proximity to my house, if I could go back I would not make the same choice. As for retainers, you can cut out the middle man and get a better quality retainer off amazon. Google Essix Plus, 140 after everything for a better result, trust me. Dr Ikeda took the molds for the retainers prior to shaping my teeth, which caused the retainers not to fit and fail prematurely. Dr Ikeda and his "team" failed to notice very obvious issues with my treatment which now require more attention, which is costing me money, which coincidentally, is why I am leaving this review. My only goal is to educate those who will follow after me and put trust into a dental facility that soley cares about the money. Educate yourself and do not make the mistakes I had to, in order to get this knowledge. Sorry for the long read. Any questions and my names at the top, you know what to do.

All our children had their ortho done here under Dr. Yorita. Since the transition in leadership, they seem to be having administrative problems. Last year I had them take an impression to make a retainer for me. Months went by and when I checked back they could find no record of the retainer, and I never received it. Shortly thereafter, I started to receive bills for the retainer. I called and explained that I never received it, and would love to get the retainer and pay for it. They agreed it somehow got lost and would reverse the charge. I'm STILL getting the bill?! They don't seem to be trying to collect it, but its still on their books and is disconcerting that they lost the order in the first place, and no can't get their records straight.

I had all three of my daughters get braces with Dr. Ikeda. Kelsey, Nicole, and Sabrina. Kelsey had her treatment before the office was remodeled and she signed the wall. Nicole was at the office for both. And my youngest was after the remodel. Nicole and Sabrina say they looked foreward to going to the office because of the movies and the play room. Kelsey was a pretty light case. She had her braces for about a year no major or durasic changes done. She just needed to fix her overbite and get rid of the square bite. Nicole had the biggest issues. With a 7mm overjet. She was very self conscious of it and was dying to get rid of it. She had the option of jaw surgery or tooth extraction surgery for two teeth extrations and opted for the surgery. (We just went across to Dr Jin Kim in the same plaza. He was also involved in the process of my husbands implants and Kelsey’s wisom teeth and will do Nicole and Sabrina’s in the future.) The extration itself was done with nicole’s braces on. About 8 months after straightening everything out Dr. Ikeda notified us that Nicole was ready for the surgery and her extrations took 20 minutes she was given general anesthesia and immidiatly after taken to the office for chains to pull her cainines back. It took about three years in the end but she did not mind as she herself understoond from the beginning it would not be a fast process to get what she wanted. It looked almost worse in the middle of her treatment for about two months, but you have to understand that it will look worse before it looks better and she obviously didnt mind. She didn’t want to have that overbite with the protruding lip. Once the spaces were closed you could see her slowly get very excited and giddy about how she was going to have a perfect smile with almost no over bite at all. Nicole just recently got her braces off and she loves her new smile! She basically smiles in her sleep. My youngest one is getting her braces off next month and I can say confidently that she will also be happy with her smile. I did not notice before her braces that her teeth was crowded and interfered with how she ate and I felt terrible when I brought her in and found out her the way her teeth were positioned only allowed her eat predominantly on one side. Spacers and an orthodonic appliance was used before sabrina got her braces. The process for her was a year and a half. my youngest can now eat normally and she has delevoped an apitite and a high metabolism! I am satisfied with the results of all three of my daughters smiles and want to thank Drs Ikeda and Jaime and staff for helping my family have perfect smiles!

First time visiting this location. I've taken my son to the Lollipop Pedriatic Dentistry in Yorba Linda & got called in for treatment for my son at this location. The only downside is that Google Maps made it difficult to find but overall our dentist appointment was great. Just like the other location they have a very friendly staff who love working with kids. Honestly they make the whole experience very enjoyable. Wish they were open when I was growing. My son enjoys coming in & they are very detailed with all the procedures they work on. If you have any kids please bring them here!
