This office was referred to me from a family friend. My daughter needed a consultation for her braces The staff was lovely to say the least! I had a consult with Lisa she was so helpful, what I loved about her is she gave me all the facts, she didn’t beat around the bush like other offices I had went to and my insurance did not cover but she worked out a payment plan that worked for me can’t blame her if my insurance is crappy! 😩☺️🙌 She’s awesome though!

While I am sure that getting treatment at this facility is top notch, I will never know due to the absolutely abhorrent and condescending attitude of the GM Lisa. She handles all the insurance questions but I can't even ask any questions because all she does is speak over me! Even when presented with evidence that other offices take my insurance coverage no problem she continues to preach some rhetoric unrelated to my specific insurance coverage and it is extremely frustrating. She should not be working with customers because she has no idea how to handle clients and I can't even imagine how many potential clients have been lost because of her. This sucks because I have heard so many great things about this office. To all who are looking for quotes or assessments, ask for someone else when you call in. You'll be doing yourself a favor.

This office was great when I went in for a whitening treatment. I was a little scared because I do have bad anxiety and I didn’t want my teeth to be sore or hurt but after talking to the staff I felt so at ease. Lisa talked me through. It before the treatment and I felt so much better☺️

I was a transfer patient from another orthodontic clinic back in Phoenix, Arizona. Since my arrival, Dr. Abousheta and Lisa Garcia have been incredibly helpful and supportive for the remaining duration of my treatment. As a candidate military officer, I had issues with claims from civilian insurance companies, but Lisa, the office manager, went out of her way to ensure there would be no issues on my end. Dr. Abousheta’s professionalism and expertise made my treatment seamless and profoundly effective. I am very pleased with the results. Immense gratitude to everyone in the office! I would like to write one more review regarding the services I’ve received. I inquired about their in-office advance teeth whitening procedure they offer to orthodontic patients and decided to try it out. As you can see in the attached photo, my results were quite impressive! I’m very pleased with how the results came out and would highly recommend.
