I was very nervous about starting orthodontic treatment, mostly because I never really liked going to the dentist either. When you first walk into the office, it gives you a very calm and welcoming feel - definitely helped a lot. I had a lot of questions during my consultation, but I did not feel rushed at all. Dr. Lee spent a lot of time patiently answering all of my questions. I loved that the office is fully digital and that everything is designed for me. I have been to other consultations where I felt like I was being pushed into something and is also the reason why I didn’t get started with my treatment then. Here, I didn’t feel that at all. I felt like Dr. Lee and the staff were working with me to find the best option for me. I had my braces put on not too long ago, and I’m already seeing great progress! Def made the right decision to come to Life Orthodontics. I just started my treatment with Dr. Lee and Dr. Pi, and I absolutely love this office. First of all, I want to say that I love having 2 doctors. Dr. Lee and Dr. Pi share patients, so it makes it a lot easier to schedule my appointments. I have a pretty hectic work schedule, and it’s really hard for me to be able to stick to just certain days. The ease of scheduling has made it so much easier for me to make it regularly to my appointments. This is my second round of braces, so I thought I knew what to expect when I went in for my consultation, but wow I was wrong. The technology in this office is amazing. I was also very surprised that I had a third option other than the normal braces and aligners. I’m an adult who works with a lot of people, so I walked in knowing braces were a no. I wasn’t sure if I would actually be good with trays since I couldn’t even wear my retainer. But this place actually offered me braces that go on the inside so that it won’t be visible. I felt like the docs paid attention to my needs, and I left knowing what all my next steps were. During round 1 of braces, I left sometimes not knowing what happened that day and sometimes not really sure what the next appointment is for either. Today I walked out feeling like I was in control and not lost. Love the experience, love the docs and the staff, and gotta love that office vibe. I’m very glad to have chosen Life Orthodontics to undergo my treatment! Dr. Pi really took the time to answer any and all questions that I had and really helped put my mind at ease. She has a very strong knowledge about all the current orthodontic treatments and had no problem recommending the best approach for my case. The office has a very modern design and aesthetic appearance with equipments that I have not seen at other orthodontic practices. I have always felt comfortable during my appointments since their focus on cleanliness and hygiene is top-notch. This is one of the best experiences I’ve had with anything to do with my teeth. Usually I walk out of places like this feeling a little judged? They always tell me I should brush better or that I’m not flossing but I really tried! I just have really crooked teeth so it’s very hard for me to keep it clean. I appreciated that Dr. Pi acknowledged that I do have really crooked teeth, and I feel like she really listened to me. She explained very thoroughly to me how things can improve and what I should expect during treatment. The day I got everything put on I was SO nervous but for nothing! The process was super quick and easy, and Dr. Pi has a really gentle touch. I’m usually the very sensitive type but I left that day without feeling any discomfort. It’s been only a few weeks, but I see improvement already!! Dr. Pi is attentive and knowledgeable, and the staff is super nice. Dr. Pi and Dr. Lee are both amazing orthodontists who are knowledgeable and excellent in their field. Their office is clean, bright, and welcoming. They also have state-of-the-art technology, including a scanner and 3D printer, which helps streamline the whole orthodontic process. All of their staff members are also professional and friendly.
