Our journey with Simply Orthodontics has been an absolute blessing. For over six years, our son, who is autistic, has been under their care, and it's been nothing short of remarkable. From the moment we stepped into their office, we felt a sense of warmth and understanding that put us at ease. Having a child with autism means that comfort and quality care are what we care for the most. Our son had severe crowding, so there was a lot of work to be done and we were anxious about the treatment process. Simply Orthodontics not only met but exceeded our expectations in providing a safe and nurturing environment for our son as well as high-quality care. Beyond this, they were really helpful with dealing with insurance and making the payment process less daunting for us. Before undergoing treatment, our son battled confidence issues and anxiety. However, thanks to the expertise and compassion of Dr. Shung and his team, we have seen improvement in not only our son’s physical appearance and health but also his mental health. Their consistent support and personalized care have not only transformed his smile but have also improved his confidence and outlook on life. Witnessing our son radiating joy with every smile, knowing he feels comfortable and cared for, fills our hearts with immense gratitude. Simply Orthodontics has become more than just a dental practice to us; they are like family. We extend our deepest thanks to them for having such a positive impact on our son's life.

My whole family has gotten work done here and we are extremely happy with the service and affordability. The staff is very nice and accommodating, and the overall space is very comfortable and welcoming. They are always prompt, professional, and friendly. A typical appointment is less than 30 minutes because they are so efficient. You don't have to wait long in the lobby for them to see you. We've always had a good experience and we love coming here.

From my initial consultation to the completion of my treatment, they provided exceptional care and made me feel comfortable every step of the way.
