As a former patient of Smile Direct Club, I definitely had my hesitations about beginning an alignment treatment again. But after my first experience with Updike Orthodontics, I knew I was in safe and capable hands. Without giving away too many of the fun heartwarming surprises, I walked in and saw they had my name on a welcome board. A beautiful, friendly, and welcoming touch that all new patients didn’t know we need until we see it! And from that day forward, Dr. Sophia Updike and her entire team of trained and patient dental care providers have been Absolutely Stellar! Throughout each month of my aligner treatment, Dr. Updike and her staff have been professional and courteous. I occasionally had questions and concerns about insurance and other treatment from my dentist, and I felt comfortable calling in and expressing my concerns, which they made me felt heard, cared for, and quickly worked to resolve my issues. Apart from their great patient care, the dental facility is State-of-the-Art. They have all the necessary X-rays, scanners, and devices in-house and the entire place is always clean and pristine! Last but not least, I finished my InvisAlign treatment yesterday and I Love my Smile. I am beyond satisfied with my experience at Updike Orthodontics and cannot recommend them enough. Dr. Updike and her team have been friendly, reliable, and professional every single visit. I highly recommend them to anyone needing orthodontic care.

Dr. Updike worked on all 3 of my children's teeth. They all had different issues but the results were all the same -- a beautiful smile and healthy set a teeth. Two of my kids went through a phase 1 procedure and it created much more room for the permanent teeth to grow in without the need for extraction later. It was amazing what a huge difference phase 1 made to their smiles and teeth! I would and have wholeheartedly recommended Dr. Updike to my friends!

We've been going to Updike Orthodontics for years for each kid's treatments. Each visit, Dr. Updike and her staff are always so kind, knowledgeable, and caring. The practice is run very efficiently. I appreciate that you don't have to wait when coming in for appointments. Very flexible with appointment scheduling too. They cheer the kids on through each stage of the treatment...always encouraging, never scolding which keeps them motivated to follow through on their own at home. Really glad that we were referred to Dr. Updike and you will be glad to if you choose her practice as well.

I don’t write many reviews but Dr. Updike and her team deserve 1000x reviews if I could. I was referred by my sister and best friend and we always see it as such a treat to go into the office. From the start to finish of my treatment, it has been seamless. Upon entering, all the ladies and I mean ALL, (from front desk to insurance to anyone on the floor) have such a magnetic and welcoming energy. Their synergy is very unique and I’ve never felt the same office unity anywhere else. That in itself is very special and I appreciate the outstanding professionalism and friendliness from each individual! Dr Updike’s technique and knowledge is also beyond exceptional. She informs you throughout the entire process and teaches you along the way. Her goal really is your best smile and she delivers in results. Hands down one of the best offices for ortho treatment. I was so close to going to another office but decided last minute based upon all the other stellar reviews to go with Dr. Updike. Upon first impression, the office is immaculate and the staff are outstanding! I love all the girls there and the synergy of the office is unbeatable. I can’t express how appreciative I am to Dr. Updike from the moment of consultation, to completely transforming my smile, and exceeding expectations with next steps — an absolutely amazing experience from beginning to end!
