I had a really good experience here. The front desk girl Desiree was extremely kind and explained everything, she was so thorough that didn’t leave me questioning much. She went out of her way to explain how my insurance worked without me asking. I unfortunately didn’t catch the name of the tech that did the X-rays and the one who did my cleaning but everyone was very nice and did their jobs.

Ive had nothing but terrible experiences at this dental office. they made me reschedule a cleaning 4 times because of their mistakes. afterwards, i was finally scheduled for a wisdom teeth removal. I arrived for my 10 minutes early for my 2pm appointment. they said that they had rescheduled my appointment for 9 am and did NOT notify me of this change. i even showed them a reminder text that i got ONE DAY before my appointment that says my appointment was at 2pm. i was to have a sedation for this procedure. They failed to inform me that i had to wear a short sleeve and was not able to eat prior to my appointment. the woman that i was speaking with at the front desk was very disrespectful and seemed to be blaming ME for their mistakes. once i get her name i will put it in. do not waste your time here!

DENTAL WESTERN HAS SO MANY COMPLAINTS, YET I WAS DESPERATE FOR A DENTIST AND I HAD TO COME TO THEIR OFFICE, I JUST WANTED A CLEANING, BUT THEY SAID THAT THEY COULDN'T DO IT TILL I SIGNED SOME PAPERS, WHEN THEY CAME, THEY TOLD ME ALL THE THINGS THAT THEY WERE GONNA DO AND I TOLD THEM, I JUST WANTED A CLEANING, BUT THEY WERE SO INSISTENT, THAT THEY NEEDED TO DO ALL THAT STUFF. I REALLY REGRET BEING THERE AND I CALLED TO CANCEL EVERYTHING BUT IT WAS LATE. ALSO THEY ALMOST FORCE YOU TO APPLY FOR THE CARE PROGRAM. WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR MY TREATMENT, I HEARD MANY PEOPLE IN THE SAME SITUATION. I HEARD ONE PATIENT SCREAM AT THEM CAUSE THEY WERE OVERCHARGED HIM. IF YOU HAVE KIDS, TAKE THEM TO A DIFFERENT PLACE, NOT HERE, BELIEVE ME, YOU WILL REGRET IT. ALSO, I TRIED TO GET MY RECORDS AND THEY ASKED ME, WHY I WANT THEM. MAYBE THEY WERE AFRAID THAT I WAS GONNA SUE THEM. PLEASE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACES. NO WONDER THEY HAVE MANY COMPLAINTS.
