I had scheduled an appointment through their call center on a Monday afternoon and confirmed that the coverage I had would cost $0.00 for my initial visit and the orthodontist check-in would be free of cost. When I showed up the next morning, Tuesday, I was told by Angelica that they didn't have any of my insurance information on file. I was able to provide them with the cost schedule brochure and was told they needed time to verify this information. During this meeting I was rescheduled for Wednesday at 2:00pm for the appointment. Wednesday morning comes and I receive three separate phone calls from their 800-hotline inquiring about why I canceled my appointment. I mentioned to each representative I spoke with that I did not cancel but Angelica "rescheduled" the appointment. I decided to call the office number from the appointment card I received. Mayra answers the call and has to ask me three different times for my birthday and twice for my last name. To no avail they cannot find my appointment so I was told I would get a call back in fifteen minutes this is 11:30am. Now, it is getting close to my scheduled appointment so I get there thirty minutes earlier to ensure I was on time. Right when I pull in the parking lot I receive a phone call from Evan and she tells my insurance is not accepted their and my dental office is in Long Beach. She did also say she left a "voicemail" Tuesday updating me on this information. I am irate and upset at this point because of their lack of professionalism, manipulation in putting the blame on me and every other person that is not available to speak with at the moment. I voice my feelings of being upset and irritated and ask when the voicemail was left. I was told on Tuesday, however, my voicemail sits currently empty so I feel deceived and lied to about their mistakes. They did not once accept responsibility on their part so I am not accepting any blame on my part.
Please find another dental office to go even if you have to drive elsewhere.Wednesday 14th February 2024
Everett Magana5 StarMy Doctor and her assistant Ezra performed a task by molding and shaping my temporary crown and cleaning up my cavity that was hidden with precision and accuracy. A flawless visit and customer service at it’s finest! No pain and Impeccable timing numbing the area of my mouth. Theladies at the front desk were attentive to my every need and answered all my questions. The lady with the braces at the front desk was very polite, greeted me with her attractive smile and helped me feel calm from any worry or anxiety. I enjoy coming and having successful work done to my mouth as I look forward to my next visit in two weeks.

The front desk Workers are just having personal, non-work related conversations. I told them I don’t want the implant and after they extract my molar tooth out the dentist rushed out there and proceeded to her other patients. They made me use their suction when they’re suppose to do it. And the dentist lied about giving me pain meds. I was going to ask for pain medicine but she rushed out. So I called my NP and told her how they were treating me there. Cinthya Rodriguez1 StarShowed up 30 mins early to check in to a dark office , I can only assume they are taking a lunch because there is no sign or anything to indicate this other than the lights being off and no one at the desks . After sitting there for 15 mins someone in a stiiizy (weed company affiliation very professional right?) sweater walks by the computers so I ask her is there a sign in sheet since there's now multiple people in the waiting room all asking each other where we check in or what to do. She responded simply by stating at 2 pm they will check people in which is another 15 minutes. Fast forward to 2:05pm about 5 people finally return to the computers. Don't bother to ask who was there first or ask for customers who's appointment is past time that have been waiting (there was someone there who had an appointment at 1:45pm zero communication was given to them or anyone else)
They hand us all paperwork and tell us to sit and wait. An hour later they finally call up that individual with the 1:45pm appointment.
I wait for my name to be called 45 mins past my appointment so I decide to go and ask what the eta is for me to be seen . She answers about another hour.
I ask why so long and she responds we're just checking everyone in for their insurance coverage .
I double check with her the eta and she assures me it's at least another hour wait .
At this point I asked why everyone went on break at the same time instead of having one person checking in individuals.
She snapped saying that wasn't up to her and if I wanted to reschedule my appointment.
Clearly I am being unwelcomed for asking basic questions .
I simply say just cancel my appointment and to please give me my documents back.
She then responded saying if I had a complaint I could call corporate. I asked for corporate's number and she said it's the same number you called to make an appointment obviously she couldn't be bothered for something ever so simple.
Oh by the way their "corporate " number is just random people who get paid to say they also have no answers.
If you're looking to waste your time & money not to mention be disrespected for asking questions this is the place to be.
What can you expect from a corporate company who can't even get their employees to dress or act professionally.
